Thank, there is a new iOS update (26.0.1), do you think that could solve the problem? Before following the linked procedure? Regards

Trying the Most-Recent Update:

If you are stuck in a Boot Loop, then, no, nothing will be fixed, until you get out of it. So, perform the update, if not in a Boot Loop.. You should install this update nonetheless.

The latest iOS26 release will install, if compatible with it. As of this reply, Apple has provided the iOS 26.0.1 update for iOS So, if compatible, backup your iPhone, and then perform the update. Report back the results.

My iPhone 15 is running iOS 26.0.1, and I’m still facing the issue. Is there any formal bug already reported? BR

IDK. Nonetheless, you should report this, yourself, already done so, or not.

Report this to Apple:

Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue.  Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of this, if you don't report it to them.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
  2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment: that this has not gone away, despite installing an update. Include the URL of this thread.
  4. Proceed from there as necessary
