AirPods 4 ANC paired to Apple Watch Ultra Gen 1: No sound but track still playing

Simple explanation, while walking before my run with my AP4s connected only to my watch only, when I selected my playlist with my arm up the music began playing, when I lowered my arm the sound stopped but the track was still going on the watch. I've had multiple pairs of airpods and have never experienced this issue until the most recent updates. I
