iPhone Air speaker crackling on volume > 50-60%

I have bought an iPhone Air on 256 GB in a cloud white color on 23.09.2025 at an official reseller in EU. From time to time I have a crackling sound coming from an earpiece speaker when I'm watching videos on YouTube or listening to the music on YouTube Music or just talking with someone through Google Meet on volume > 50-60%. I read a lot of different forums and watched a lot of reviews on iPhone Air from big youtube channels and almost all of them confirmed the issue with the earpiece speaker on volume > 50-80%. Is it a hardware or maybe just a software issue? I still have a return window until Wednesday, so I need to know if Apple maybe will do something with it in next software updates. Im from Thailand, and some clips or sounds from instagram crackle even at 40% they crackle. Some are fine even if 100% it seems the more higher pitch the sound is the more it happens. I understand not having high volume but god crackling sounds like early day chinese phones.

Maybe you can call Apple Support and describe the problem, so it can be escalated further? Because I'm not living in the US

Someone from this thread please call to Apple Support and tell about this issue. I think it can be fixed by a software update by reducing high frequencies
