Face ID not scanning during reset on iPhone
I’m trying to reset my Face ID and when I get there to scan my face it doesn’t scan

Clean the display, and remove any screen-protective film too, and try again.
If you are following:
and that is not working, then the Face ID hardware has probably failed. Contact Apple Support.
