My "Frequent Flyers" account has been hacked (along with millions of others) and the site advice is to get an authenticator to reinforce 2FA. Can you recommend an Authenticator to use with MacOs and ioS? Or is it not needed in the Apple system? Thanks.

Apple provides its own authenticator app in the Passwords app on by the Mac and the iPhone. This is the one I use.
