my son broke his iphone 13 pro max so i got his screen replaced to find hes locked his self out we dont have a computer can we do it from a computer at local library,if so how?

My son’s iPhone 13 Pro Max has just had a screen replacement only to find he’s somehow got himself locked out and the guy in the shop said it will be an xtra £15 to unlock it. Is there any chance I would be able to do it by using a computer at the library if so,how? Iam using my iPhone 15 pro max to ask for help the phone i need some help with is my sons iPhone 13 Pro Max.

It also sounds like the screen was replaced by a high street Fixit shop, not Apple.

He may be able to restore it without a computer depending on how much they messed up the phone.
