iPhone 15 screen unresponsive and not charging

My iPhone 15 screen is not working. the side buttons work, but the screen is unresponsive. I tried resetting by using the volume up down then power but no luck. I can’t turn off my alarms only snooze with side buttons. this happened once yesterday and miraculously fixed when I used my car to connect Bluetooth. also yesterday during the day my phone battery showed it was charging but wasn’t ,, idk if that is related. also it is plugged in run and not charging
