Apple India Fails to Deliver iPhone – No Updates, No Accountability

APPLE INDIA – Extremely poor support after placing an order


I ordered an iPhone for my mother’s birthday on November 4th, with delivery promised in Jodhpur. While the phone case was delivered, the phone itself has not arrived even after 8 days. The online status still says “on the way,” but no one has contacted my parents on the provided number.

They have spent over two hours on calls with Apple customer support, yet every time they’re told it will arrive “within 48 hours.” That has been repeated multiple times with no result. There is no valid email contact for escalation and no real follow-up from Apple India.

I’m disappointed with how Apple India handles customer service — it feels careless and dismissive. I even reached out to the India Managing Director (not just for my order but to help Apple maintain its standards) and received no reply.

My order number is W1469417083. I’m exhausted trying to get any clarity or help. Apple US needs to see how Apple India is operating — this is nothing like the brand’s global reputation. The worst part is that there is no reliable escalation path; phone support only makes empty promises.

Can anyone please advise how to resolve this issue or how to file a formal complaint with a consumer authority in India?
