"Dynamic Island sensing something every 20 seconds on iPhone 15 Pro: I am using iphone-15 pro and recently i have noticed that dynamic island is keep on doing something by itself like its sensing something. Today i have put a timer to check and it is doing this in every 20 sec. I think it is doing this after recent update. does anyone know anything about this?"

Troubleshooting Blinking Dynamic Island:
A. Start with a Restart:
See if a restart fixed this. Go here: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
B. Update your iOS:
IMPORTANT: If you have an option to update, however, then be certain you backup your iPhone first. That way, you will have something to restore your iPhone from should anything go wrong with the update.
How to Update:
Other than through the iPhone, itself, you can use the following for your model:
C. Update All your Apps:
If you have any third-party Apps installed, then updates them all.
D. Ghost Touches
Clean the screen. Debris, dirt, or water on the screen can interfere with touch sensors and cause 'ghost touches'. So, clean it using a microfibre cloth.
E. Remove Screen Protector/Case:
A poorly fitting or damaged screen protector or case might be interfering with the display or sensors.
As a last resort...
F. Reset your iPhone to Factory Settings:
