In the previous version of IOS26.0.1 the phone vibrates while a call is connected but after updating in IOS26.1 this feature is not working. Is this an issue or it has been removed?

Have you tried Settings - Sounds & Haptics then scroll down to Haptics and select Always Play. Checkout just below Haptics is Ringtone.... tap Ringtone then scroll right to the top and select Haptics and make sure it is set to what you want.

If the feature is enabled, there's not much more you can do. You can try disabling the feature, restarting your iPhone, and then going in and enabling it again to see if that makes a difference.
Unfortunately, there's nothing more you can do. By the way, I've just tested on my iPhone, and I don't get any vibration when a connection is established, so I almost think it's a feature that's not quite ready yet.

Try to see if Haptics is enabled here:
Settings > Apps > Phone > scroll down a bit and find haptics, and enable if disabled.
The settings are already done. But still when a call is connected its not vibrating
