Can't log out from Apple ID after deletion of it

I deleted my son's account, but did not log out from his iPhone. So now after deletion I can't log out. Is there any way to solve this problem? Maybe I can cancel deletion with 12-sign code which was given when I start to delete? Please help me, because I do not know how he can now use his iPhone.

For a short period of time you can cancel the deletion request by contacting Apple directly here:

While your request is being processed, you can contact Apple Support with the unique alphanumeric access code you received, and we’ll help you cancel your request. After your account is deleted, Apple can’t cancel the request, reopen your account, or restore your data.

If that option is no longer available then you would have to proceed to the Activation Lock removal request. While I have not seen where an Apple Store will do this any longer at store level, they can assist in helping you submit the documentation and you can also do that yourself here:

What is the Activation Lock? Please explain

To be honest, I do not expect you are going to be able to use the device at all in any meaningful way. There is no positive identification required when creating an Apple Account to prove it belongs to you, but you can prove the device is yours with the original purchase receipt. More information about Activation Lock is here:

It is much more than trying to prove if a device is stolen or not as the original owner does not need to report a device as stolen to have it protected with the Activation Lock. Review the information provided here about purchasing a used Apple Device and the specific recommendation to get the original purchase receipt with any device purchase for this exact reason.

When I try the bottom "forgot the password", it says "invalid account".

Does it mean that the process of deletion is completed? I made the deletion request on Monday, and now it's Saturday. I made a request to Apple support, but I have to wait for their call on December 1 only, there is no possibility to contact them earlier.

The problem is I am in Russia and we do not have offline Apple stores here.

How do you think is there any opportunity that Apple support could cancel the deletion or help me in any other way to solve this so my son can use the iPhone?

The iPhone was not bought by me, it is the old phone of my friend.

I have the 12-sing code that was given me when I sent the deletion request.

Thank you for trying to help me!
