WhatsApp lagging on iPhone

Hi there,

i am using iphone 17pro i just updated whatsapp messenger version 25.34.75 2days back after update my WhatsApp app started lagging slow moving slow typing and status also playing like breaks that is when i play status it starts breaking sound and video.

while surfing on chat page it lags too much.

i have recently 2days before got my iwatch 9series updated with wachos 26.1(23S37) and connected it to my 17pro and after which i think whatsapp started lagging.

Can anyone suggest whats the issue??

is it with WhatsApp App update or by connecting iwatch series 9??

I gutes you have already force restarted both devices?

Could be a combination between the new iPhone Series 17 and WhatsApp on your Apple Watch, since the stand alone version for the Apple Watch also just came out.

In any case, you should let Apple Techs know about the issue by using the Feedback link, and also contact the WhatsApp developer about that.
