Add eSIM button missing in Mobile Service settings
I can’t find the add esim button at all in mobile service, I’ve tried restarting it and restarting the settings app.
iPhone 17 Pro Max, iOS 26
The settings that you see on the iPhone are being provided by your carrier. The "Add eSIM" option won't appear unless your carrier is including that setting with their service.
You will need to contact your carrier and ask them about this. A carrier update or reprovision may be required.
