Powerbeats Fit volume too loud with MS Teams

Beats powerbeats fit volume issue when using with MS Teams

I've got the new powerbeats but when I use MS Teams, even with the volume at '1', the sound is still REALLY loud. Obviously, I can't go any lower than 1 because the sound is then just muted.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue? The problem doesn't occur with my previous Beats Fit Pro earbuds or with my Apple Airpods Pro 3. It's only happening with the new PowerBeats Fits.

Right earbud of Powerbeats Pro is not playing audio My Powerbeats pro is only playing audio out of the left ear bud, but it says both are connected. The right ear bud, despite not making noise, has all functions in the buttons. A hard reset of the headphones did not work. Suggestions?
