Why was utilities moved? Apple gets a zero on this change. Moving utilities from the very top of the photos app now means a user has to scroll all the way down to the bottom. Dumb......really dumb. Whomever approved this needs to take a class in human factors. The user at the very least needs the ability to change the locations according to the users preferences.
Are you talking about an iPhone, an iPad, or a Mac, or what? What OS are you using? It helps if you give us information.
What Utility do you need quicker access to? I mean, you can add "Utilities" to Pinned, which is right near the top. (I keep Memories collapsed so I can get to Pinned quickly.) Or, if you have specific utilities you need, then you can put those near the top in Pinned-- I have Recently Saved and Map there, for instance.
You use the Edit function in Pinned:
You could add "Recently Deleted" to Pinned by selecting it there
and even move it to the top. Further down,"Utilities" is also a choice.
It's a bit different on an iPad, of course, since that has a sidebar. But still, you can edit Pinned. What exactly are your needs?
