Firefox login history remains displayed after logging out

Firefox - when I log out after logging in with password, my past firefox login history is still displayed - I would like to log out and go back to blank page - using Ventura

iMac 21.5″ 4K, macOS 13.7

No. After you log out you will be left on whatever page the bank left you with. It is typically a page that says you logged out. That's the way web page & browsers work. Just close the tab and then open a new one.

See this Firefox/Mozilla article regarding the Home Page button. If that button is visible in Firefox, then you can just click that button to be taken to the Home Page again.
