Copy text in an iMessage

Works here.

You’re not pressing and holding on any pop-up, you’re pressing and holding on the specific iMessage message you want to copy. Then you get a pop-up, and then you select “Copy”

Pressing and holding on Ok why not in each of the following cases shows the pop-up with the Copy option:

iPadOS 18

iPadOS 26

iOS 18

No iOS 26 immediately handy…

Then take a screen shot, as MrHoffman suggested.

A select option is now available. It might have been added in iOS 26.0.
