Bloccare numero parziale (centralino chiamate spam) - block partial number (switchboard)

E' possibile bloccare un numero ** centralino? In altre parole ricevo n chiamate dallo stesso centralino con interni diversi (es.: +390221104 510 oppure 618 ecc.). Essendo tutte chiamate spam non vedo possibilità ** filtrare le chiamate utilizzando il numero del centralino (+390221104) parte iniziale della chiamata.

Is it possible to block a switchboard number? In other words, I receive multiple calls from the same switchboard with different extensions (e.g., +390221104 510 or 618, etc.). Since they're all spam calls, I don't see any way to filter the calls using the switchboard number (+390221104) at the beginning of the call.
