Is normal to have "hello" in different languages on Lock Screen after updating iPhone to iOS 26 , my phone display has been acting up since iOS 26 came out I really need help (iPhone 11) I’ve did everything I could.

The update does show the “hello” stuff, but that should go away after first unlock.
If the display is missing touches or detecting ghost touches, the display is probably headed for replacement.
