iPhone 11 is frozen and won't shut down
iPhone 11. My phone is frozen. Can't answer a phone call or open an app. Tried to shut it down and nothing. Any suggestions???

Try a Forced Restart. Follow the instructions very carefully.
Quickly press and release the Up Button
Quickly press and release the Down Button
Hold the Side Button for 20-25 seconds until the Apple icon appears in the center of the screen and then release and let the phone restart
(Ignore the "slider" when it appears and keep holding the Side Button until the Apple logo appears....then...release the Side Button)
