No audio when watching videos in fullscreen on WhatsApp. Audio works in picture-in-picture but not in fullscreen. No speaker icon available. Any solution?

WhatsApp has been updated 3 times in last week, most recently Tuesday. When updating, many WhatsApp users have reported it’s necessary to delete your current app from your iPhone before updating the latest version. If current app is not deleted, some bug fixes may not be updated.

Start with Whatsapp support.
If it’s an Apple issue, you may not have long to waits for the next update, 26.3. It’s expected to release in the next week to 10 days.
I did many times today. Not helping.
