How to remove a closed business from Apple Business Connect

Re: "How to remove a closed business from Apple Business Connect" : "I opened a business in 2013 and used apple maps and now there is business connect and it doesn't show my original business. This business is now closed and I have a new business with a new location. I want to close this old business. How do I do that? I dont thing my original email login for apple maps work with the new business connect platform."

Edit or remove a location in Apple Business Connect - Apple Support

Eg: says:

"Remove a location

You can remove a location if it’s no longer associated with your brand.

Before you can remove a location, you need to give 1 of 2 reasons why

you’re removing this location:

• Someone else manages this location: This location is removed from your Apple Business Connect account.
• This location is permanently closed: This location is removed from your Apple Business Connect account and marked permanently closed on Maps.

Note: If you want to remove a brand, see Remove a brand.

1. If you’re not already signed in to Apple Business Connect, sign in with a user who has privileges to make location changes.
2. If you’re associated with more than one company, select the appropriate company from the Company list .
3. Select Locations in the sidebar.
4. Sort or search for the location you want to remove, then select the location. See Sort or search for a location.
5. Select Preferences > Manage > Remove Location.
6. If you remove this location, it may still appear in Apple Maps and across Apple, but you will no longer be able to manage it in Apple Business Connect.
7. Select a reason for removing the location.
8. Select Remove.
