Why do my AirPods Pro 3 keep disconnecting and reconnecting repeatedly while I'm playing games?

Why do my AirPods Pro keep disconnecting? I have an Airpods Pro, Its has a connectivity issue. its connect with Bluetooth but when i remove from air pod case its disconnect if i put airpods in the airpod case it was automatically connected at the moment i played a song, its work (i hear the sound) and i closed the airpod case i hear the sound. please explain how to fix this problem. Airpods pro 2 constantly disconnects from m1 macbook pro My airpods pro 2 constantly disconnects from my m1 macbook pro. It never does this with my ipad or iphone and i have the latest mac os updates. what gives apple?? software quality control has just been getting worse it feels like
