2018 Macbook Pro 15" Battery Availability?

Will i be able to get my battery serviced/replaced? I use a 2018 Macbook Pro 15", and would like to continue using it, as it runs everything i need for work. i see i can schedule a service for the battery but i also saw when i look for a price, it shows my computer is now a legacy device and batteries aren't made for this model anymore?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 12.7

It would have to be a third party replacement—

Try OWC/Macsales if you are determined

https://eshop.macsales.com/shop/laptop-batteries/macbook-pro?srsltid=AfmBOooXrivZVPOjZFPGmSI4QA7l_etdtJutU_UuIT1CGOdLDdjYisj6

other possibilities—

PowerbookMedic.com

ifixit.com ref: ifixit.com/Guide/MacBook+Pro+15-Inch+Touch+Bar+2018+Battery+Replacement/122269

beetstech.com/store

Not sure I would recommend a do it your self however, w/ glued-in battery and adhesives....this is not a simple task.

more than likely the advice would be time to upgrade to a newer machine...

And what region of the world is this...?

Very hard to speculate, but I am afraid I do not see the words "legacy device" in the interface.

Typically Vintage or Obsolete... if that is the casein you region, you are back to third party,

I did see OWC/Macsales is out of stock on that item.

So it does beg a few questions

maybe you can say more about your location and the link you used to have it return as a legacy device?
