I pad 11 pro M4 refused replaced by Apple Store

i pad 11 pro M4 out of order , used only one month carefully . stopped charging. Stoped turning on. We are Transferring to repair shop but. They said it needs to be taken apart. As per company notice this is defect only replaced anther one . This is correct or not ? pls support me
