I pad 11 pro M4 refused replaced by Apple Store

i pad 11 pro M4 out of order , used only one month carefully . stopped charging. Stoped turning on. We are Transferring to repair shop but. They said it needs to be taken apart. As per company notice this is defect only replaced anther one . This is correct or not ? pls support me

iPad Air Defective I purchased an iPad Air cash with keyboard, cover, bag and pen to value of USD 1800,- I did not switch the iPad on for a couple of months and it is stonecold dead. It had been over a year but the iPad is in mint condition, used only 1-2 x month. Apple iStore Sandton South Africa have advised as I didn't pay the repair package I need to purchase a new one. The separate repair store deems it irreparable. Why would I purchase another device at the same price if Apple can't explain why the device won't charge or be able to repair this. I feel like this is a bad investment and my consumer confidence is completely shattered in the iPad product as I now have useless components that after a year are outdated. There are many forums on how the battery life is a concern and that this is a common problem. A very upset consumer.

Apple Store rejects original replacement for damaged iPhone 15 Pro Max back panel my iphone 15 pro max back panel got damged when i was travelling then in urgence i replaced it in local repair shop when i visited apple store for original they reject to replace the original If they reject to do then where we will get the original replacement..? to a physical apple store and asking other customers their advice
