Hacking Being of Concern:

There are lots of concerns and reports of hacking on these forums. The only way for an iPhone to be hacked is if it has been jailbroken. So, who is the seller? If Apple, a retailer, or an AASP, then no worries there. As for iCloud eMail being hacked, that would be an issue of its own: Your Apple Account --not your iPhone. So, secure it, starting with a new password...

Troubleshooting Compromised iCloud eMail Account:

You can only have one iCloud eMail account. So, create an alias, as an alternative. Go Here: Add and Manage eMail Aliases for iCloud Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support

Troubleshooting a Hacked Account:

I. Getting In to your Apple Account:

You need to get into your Apple Account. So, contact Apple Support. If you have a hacked iCloud account, then ask the Apple Rep if they can help you add Two-Factor Authentication. Ask them to assist you with changing your password to what it should be. Important: Perform a trial-&-error login session, prior to ending the call.

• Proceed from there, as necessary

II. Secure your Info:

If concerned for device access, then (A)verify your devices, and (B)secure your account. Open a new eMail addressee d use that for your Apple ID.

1. Verify your Devices:

Verify that all devices are logged in to your account, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support

2. Modify your Credentials:

Having been stollen, someone lily has your credentials. So, by all means, modifying them.

• Modify: your login credentials (Using Both a New eMail and a New Password for each and all sites)
• Associate: a different method of payment to your account
• Enable: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option

III. Report Items to Apple:

So, report phone call's and messages info to Apple and others, such as Federal Agencies (i.e. the FTC and the FBI in the U.S.A). Use my User: Using the Photos App to Report Scams - User Tip

Issues with missed touches and extra touches tend to be display digitizer hardware problems. If that’s happening here, have your phone hardware looked

The sophistication and scope and sheer value of the breach being reported here is unfortunately well outside of what assistance can be offered in this or most any other forum, given the need for direct access, and the very sensitive and personal questions involved in determining details and risks and responses.

You’ll need direct assistance from folks specializing in forensics and incident response.

An Apple Account can be compromised. But hacking an iPhone, which isn't jailbroken, is almost impossible. Even the FBI couldn't hack into an iPhone. Now, if you're extremely important on the world stage, such as Royalty, Elected Official, Diplomat, you "might" be worth investing the beyond HUGE investment it would take to successfuly hack into an iPhone. And I mean HUGE HUGE investment.

Here’s something you need to ask yourself. Why would a hacker be interested in you and your iPhone? Real hackers have no interest in making your device do weird things, playing games with you, annoy you, etc. Real hackers are after your money, PERIOD.

Bottom line? Your iPhone cannot be hacked without YOU intentionally removing all security protections, known as ‘jailbreaking’. Somehow I don’t think you have the skills to do that. Am I wrong? You probably don't even know what jailbreaking is do you.

I can say that it started with icons coming out of hover keyboard and touch setting and i didn’t have a clue as one acted like the controls type icon and the other was a circle and they connected and started attacking my phone. I could go on and on about iCloud emails and so forth but it’s to much and I am done. I have spoke to a, let’s say high level programmer; working as a civil servant, an was told they thought my iemi? Number was somehow taken and they said the word cloned. Now, obviously for a normal person like myself to do this, I have exhausted all, and lost everything. I am not here to show off or troll. I am taking all the steps and taking to all the people. I have done everything I can and gonna quit on it but, WiFi. Bluetooth and it’s not easy living in this spot I am in. So, not here to be made fun of really, I am just at this point and won’t be back unless I can answer something to help my situation. Sorry to sound ignorant and I have dedicated my life to my country and community. Thank you.

Sorry, but HUH? That entire confusingly looooong run-on paragraph, with little to no punctuation makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Whatever your issues are, you need help which is outside the scope of this user to user only forum.
