Can't reorder folders on photo gallery

Hello everyone! Lately I've noticed that I can't reorder the folders on my photo gallery anymore: before this issue I cloud drag each folder by those three lines on the right either up or down, allowing me to organize my iPhone gallery, but not anymore! Nothing happens if I try to drag the folders, making my photo gallery look like a mess!!

I have an iphone 14 pro max and I'm on iOS 26.3, I've noticed this issue in the last few months. Hope anyone can help!!

Hmm-- I can. In fact I just did this to see:

So, I wonder what's different? Have you tried a forced restart?

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

This is different from a simple Power Off. I had to continue holding the button down 5 or 10 seconds past the "slide to power off" message, and then I released the button only after the Apple Logo appeared indicating a re-start.
