Help for 2020 Macbook Air speed

I was given a 2020 Macbook Air second hand, the computer has been reset and completly wiped and yet it still runs slow. Ive reset the NVRAM. I dont know what else to do, i have 3 apps total on this computer that I have downloaded. Any suggestions on what to do?

The only things i need this computer for is google meets and the screen share feature. The mac struggles to share the screen and is slow. Even when not sharing the screen or using google meets it is slow.
