iOS 26.6 seems to have broken my Mobile Service.

iOS 26.6, the latest update, has disconnected my Mobile Service!!!

I have WiFi, but today I could not connect to Mobile for the life of me.

Has anybody experienced this problem?? I’ve done nothing else, all I did was update to 26.6.

I’m literally sitting here at Spectrum Mobile about to talk to somebody.

See my pic? It says 🆘!!!! Been doing that all day. Still says it and I’m sitting in a Spectrum shop!!!

What happened? Is there a fix?

Why does this always happen to me…..

Updated to 26.6, iPhone 13 mini. About a week later I wake up to no cell service but wifi is OK. I have an e-sim and a physical sim in the phone - neither work. Tried all the fixes, power down, airplane mode on / off, reset network settings, sim in and out (but was using the e-sim) - no fix. Took it to my provider - says it's my phone as sim works in another phone. SOLVED by wiping my phone and restoring with back-up from my mac. I'm glad I regularly back up all phones on my mac and back-up the mac right afterwords. It was a pain in the **s but didn't have to buy another phone.

Not saying it was the update but it wasn't a hardware issue.

After finally regaining functionality, I powered down my 15PM. Again, my iPad Pro has not had any cell dropouts.

Same here.. it’s something about 26.6, I’m located in Colombia South America and I have no data service, I have to use WiFi to access the internet..

any solution yet?

how can I go back to 26.5??

happened briefly again. This time while out-of-town.

Same issue: BOTH AT&T and Verizon dropout completely.

The current downtime duration is now in excess of 30min. On par with the first occurrence last week

Cell service back on line. Ran diagnostics and no hardware fault detected. Does this make it more likely the issue is in fact 26.2?

No word from Verizon or AT&T about outages or network issues.

Cell lines went offline again. Looks like there's a small update. Here's hoping 26.2.1 solves this issue. Other than these issues since 26.2, my 15 PM has been my favorite device thus far.

I have been moved from 4g to 2g after update.

Where are you located? 2G has been ended in most of the world.
