well im getting this stupid error and i tried almost all of my family members credit cards

"please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction."

and i hate it i cant buy or even create an account because of this stupid error
if someone know how to resolve this let me know please

I had the same problem, but got it solved..

Contacted Apple support, and the reason i should call them was my domain on the emailaddress. If your apple id email address is not @hotmail, @icloud, @anything_known_by_apple - it wont let you get pass this point. So i called them to make my address/domainname pass. After that i could get through the confirmation process.

What does that matter, the way forward is to contact iTunes support, you can choose to do nothing if you want, but then nothing will happen.

Have you contacted iTunes support as the error message asks you to do? It might be due to a fraudulent activity report on your account that needs to be cleared.

iTunes support will be the go to for this situation. They usually contact people within 24 hrs of first contact with them.

I also did Contact itunes support soo many times but still my problem not fixed. i even tried to creat new account but also didnt work. am sooo ****** from this.
