Video App Freezes iPad 2

OK... So we know the IPAD2 has a bug (probably HW) that causes the IPAD to hang when playing videos. I'm new to the apple community... How does this get escallated to APPLE so they can respond with a bug fix or acknowledgement of the problem????

I was fighting with my ipad 2 playing videos on Netflix for about 60 sec and then freezing. It happened right after I synced with my computer one time, i wasn't sure what caused it. The videos would play for about a min or two and then freeze, I would move the position just a bit and it would start playing again. VERY ANNOYING trying to watch a movie of course. I tried a number of things to fix to no avail and I had just about given up. I finally today synced it back with my computer and it started working again! Not sure what the issue was but that is all it took to fix.

Just something to try if you have the same type of issue.

I just stumbled upon another trick that fixed it for me... From the lock screen I double clicked the home button and then pressed play on the top and the video started playing.. Then when I unlocked the iPad it allowed me full access to the video app.
