How do I delete apps from the iCloud

You can't delete app. You can hide app by swiping left on iOS 10 or later.

How do I slide it to get the X and delete it from my AppStore and get that little iCloud downloaded sign off ?

I don't want you deleting apps I use from iCloud.

Pictures, yes you can delete them from iCloud.
