There are apps appearing on the iCloud that I do not want there. I deleted them for a reason. How can I delete them from the iCloud.

Apps, no.
I don't want you deleting apps I use from iCloud.
Pictures, yes you can delete them from iCloud.

Totally agree. More importantly, at least for me, is so you don't forget its crap and install it again.
Y'know, it would've taken you less time to cut and paste whatever answer you're referring to than it has taken you to post your snarky replies.
I know it's not possible. I'm not saying it is possible. I'm saying it should be possible, and I never said Apple is an outlier on this.
You go to the search box. Type in icloud. Then go to backups. Select this phone. And show all apps. Then you can select the apps you don’t want on iCloud and delete them.
