iTunes has stopped working

I have the most recent vers. of iTunes (10.3.1) and it was working fine yeterday. Today, I went to re-start downloading some video lectures from iTunes U and iTunes crashed. Now everytime I try and open it, I get the error message "iTunes has stopped working" and the only option I have is to close the program. I looked around the Apple suppport site and did everything they recommended. ie: Deleting Temp files, Rebuilding the library, opening a new library, creating a new user....nothing worked. So, I uninstalled iTunes, QT, Bonjour, etc, did a registry clean, re-booted and re-installed everything, ran the Apple Software Update. And nothing, I still can't open iTunes. Any other suggestions??? I am running Windows Vista 32-bit.

Any help would be great. I've reinstalled a few times. It all happened when I upgraded iTunes today.

Mine crashes when it tries to add photos. It says reconciling photos and crashes. I can open Quick time and only have the 2 QT files in my Sys32 folder.

heres a good one for ya... a month or so has gone by, since apple released the new update for iphone and itunes. so ever since that point, i can not check the box that says "include videos" cause if i do, i get the message stating "itunes has stopped working" and then it shuts down, and i am unable to sync my phone. now i thought it might just be my phone, but its the 3gs, iphone 4, and 2 first gen ipads.. all with the same problem. been working with apple this whole time and got no where. apple just released another update for itunes, so i thought for sure, they finally payed attention to my many emails and fixed this problem, but still same result..

uninstalling all the software related to apple, and re-installing everything and deleting temporary files, etc. made it to where i could attach videos again, but next time i synced my phone, same problem. and uninstalling doesnt work anymore, just the one time.

$15 starbucks gift card to anyone that can make this work. cause apple has bigger fish to fry, and quite frankly im just livid about this whole situation.
