iTunes has stopped working

I have the most recent vers. of iTunes (10.3.1) and it was working fine yeterday. Today, I went to re-start downloading some video lectures from iTunes U and iTunes crashed. Now everytime I try and open it, I get the error message "iTunes has stopped working" and the only option I have is to close the program. I looked around the Apple suppport site and did everything they recommended. ie: Deleting Temp files, Rebuilding the library, opening a new library, creating a new user....nothing worked. So, I uninstalled iTunes, QT, Bonjour, etc, did a registry clean, re-booted and re-installed everything, ran the Apple Software Update. And nothing, I still can't open iTunes. Any other suggestions??? I am running Windows Vista 32-bit.

I also had this problem today.. It worked fine yesterday then stopped working. I ununstalled and reinstalled and it didn't help. I did the unplug internet and open and then re plug that worked but i have to unplug it everytime. The run adminstrator didn't work either. What worked for me was i unplugged internet opened itunes went to ediot preferences then went to parental and disabled Ping. Now after diabling it I closed itunes pkugged internet in and now it opens just fine. But could just be my problem fixed.

I'm having an issue with my itunes and I have no clue how to stop it...

So a couple weeks ago I was on my iTunes and I went on my documents file to my downloads and went to drag all of my music off of the dowloads (precisely 1.480) and when the songs started to download onto the iTunes it froze, and this box came up that said "iTunes has stopped working" and then I had to close. I have Windows 7 and I've been looking everywhere to try and find the solution for this. If anyone can help I'd truly appreciate it.

Lately have been having the same error message when I try to connect to iTunes: 'iTunes has stopped working'. I have tried uninstalling everything and re-installing, but that didn't work. I have iTunes 10.6.1 and I ran out of idea's on what to do.. Does anyone have any suggestions and can help me fix my iTunes?

More info:

My AVG Internet scanner couldn't find anything and so did Malawarebytes' Anti-Malware. Furthermore I cleaned my registry with CCleaner and Quicktime Player works.

I am using a Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit, Intel Core duo CPU P7350 @ 2.0GHz, 2 Kern(s), 3 GB DDR3 Memory, NVIDIA GeForce GT 130M.
