itunes store wont load; bar loads half way then goes blank

For some reason, I cant access the itunes store. The loading bar will only load up to half way, then the page will stay white and the bar will disappear. I used to be able to before, but all of a sudden it just doesnt. I'll post the diagnostics that itunes gave me. Any help is appreciated. thanks!

Thanks Xeta!! After finally trying to resolve this problem, you solution worked for me. I did it on Windows 7 x64 and it worked. I was willing to try anything and reinstalling did nothing as well as reset winsock netsh. Your problem worked. Thanks again. If you are still looking for problem try Microsoft Fix it 50203, it worked for me!!!

This has worked for me on XP but I now have had to redo each time I go into iTunes. can you tell me exactly what we are doing when we run this in the command prompt? I have a little bit of computer backround so I am just curious and why do I have to keep redoing it?
