Will siri work on the iphone 4?

I really don't know how much internal processing time is needed to run Siri as integrated with the iOS and other apps, and neither does anyone else posting in this forum. Steve didn't tell us in his final words..... The proclamations of all the self-accessed software, voice recognition, and AI "experts" in this forum claiming there is no processing load, don't add up to anything of value

I do know that the iPhone 4S has an additional IR proximety sensor needed for the "Raise to Speak" to function to work properly, and this is not found in any other model.
