The iCloud IMAP server “p99-imap.mail.me.com” rejected the password for user XXXX

Now it works both on the Mac and the iPhone. Hope it will last...

Count me in as well - but me.com was only my "backup" push email account, i was always suspicious to apple infrastructure...

Last time such a mess happened a head was gone a cupertino - rightly so - don't know - i do server dbs (oracle) in linux/unix for my living and apps for them. sometimes all get's messed up due to dns errors or filled up filesystems that no one could see coming...

Seems to be coming back: First the iPhone, now the Mac.

For the record I was affected for about 1/2 hour. Fair game for such a huge transition.

Same here. I guess I shouldn't have done the conversion during the middle of the day when I needed my email.

It works on my phone and Webmail now. Still doesn't through mail on my MacBook Pro... Guess I'll wait longer.

They just did with me on the phone after talking with them for 15 min. This was about 8am Pacific time.. but It took two calls 3 hours appart before they did

Mail rejecting pw on Mac Pro again!

and the lights just went out again... everything came back on about 5 minutes ago after 3 hours of refusing my password. just now iCloud disconnected all my devices again. sigh...
