Siri is not working AT ALL on new iphone 4s. Anyone else having trouble?

iPhone 4s arrived by mail today. Turned on Siri via Settings/General. Asking REALLY simple questions like "What is the weather?" and Siri has not responded ONCE with an answer other than:

"What was that again?"

"Sorry, something's gone wrong. Can you try that agan?"

"Sorry, I didn't get that."

"Uh oh. Something's wrong. Can you try again?"

SO frustrating and disappointing. The microphone doesn't seem like the problem, as it is able to record audio elsewhere.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue with Siri?

Siri hasn't work for me since yesterday morning (11/27). I see all these comments about shutting Siri off then on and rebooting. That is rediculous. I should not have to do this to get it to work. It's problematic that it won't even set reminders or send messages unless it can connect to the backend. I'm very disapointed in Apple even though I love their products.

I use Siri mostly for dictation. It was working intermittently for me yesterday. Mostly not working. I'd dictate. It would give me the nice purple dots and then no text would appear on the screen. At some point it became faster to hunt and peck. Then I'd get frustrated with that and try to dicate again and it would work for awhile.

Today, however, NOTHING. If I try to use Siri for anything, I get "I'm really sorry about this, but I can't take any requests right now. Please try again in a little while." or "There's something wrong and I can't answer your questions right now. Please try again in a little while."

I've tried all the suggested fixes. Turn off Siri. Turn off my phone. Disconnect from my wi-fi. Do all three at once. Nothing works.

Siri doesn't love me any more.

It started doing this two days ago frequently. I have turned Siri on and off. It doesn't matter. Where is this problem coming from! Do I get a partial refund for not being able to use a feature that I spent an extra $200 to buy over an iPhone4?

It really is a testament to how amazing Siri is that we get so upset that Beta (http://www.apple.com/iphone/features/siri.html) software stops working. Since the release of iPhone 4S I have more or less stopped typing on my 4S and those few days where things weren't working have been painful. The best we can do is hope that Apple can bring the up Siri from Beta to production as soon as possible because it has really changed my expectations and the user experience.
