Visio does not works at Mac. But there is the free file viewer to view the Visio vsdx files. If you want to edit the visio file, you need use some Visio Mac alternative programs, such as Edraw Max.

No need to reply to a 4 year old post, I can see that this thread wont go away for myself.
And Visio is still not available for a Mac, but alternatives exist that are.
