Ipod Nano 1st Gen. Replacement - status/follow up?

I submitted a replacement request on 11/13 and immediately received an email confirmation. Since then I haven't heard anything, when I check the status it days"diagnosis pending", is there anyway to follow up?

I've just received confirmation that mine is going to be a 6th Gen this evening (checked the new serial number online). I didn't even realised they made one's that looked like that, was really hoping it was going to be a 7th Gen but through a search I found out it was only made in week 48 of 2012, so may be brand new if they've ran out of refurbs.

Wow, REALLY? They didn't ask you to send back your headphones or charger so why should they send you additional accessories that you should already have. I think they've been very generous to replace our dinosaur iPods with with much more updated ones. I am very satisfied with my new 2 me iPod Nano and with 4x more memory than I had before. THANK YOU APPLE!

I ordered the empty box on the 19th and got the box the next day, they just sent the replacement ipod nano today on the 26th. They said 2 buissnes days so im just waiting for it now! They gave me the serial of the new ipod and its a 6th gen ipod, the one thats a small square touch screen. All of this happened around a weeks time wow so fast!



ps - does anyone know if they send the ipods at random colour???
