Can someone tell me why each time my husband and I open iTunes it asks for our password????

Please fix this Pain in the *&%* feature on itunes if you want to retain users. it is December and I still have to log in no less that 3 times to finally get itunes to let me use the software. If your experiencing a number of users dropping using Itunes. it is the reason why it's happening. it's fine if I want to purchase new music, but it a pain if I just want to listen to my music I've already paid for.

Every 2-3 days I am asked for my password 3 times. Always 3 times, never just once or twice and after the 3rd attempt I'm back in.
C'mon, Apple, sort this out please.
I thought it was just me as well. I have to enter my password three times. I've typed it onto the Notepad and I just copy and paste. I have to paste it three times before it accepts it. So frustrating...
Exactly the same here, I have to enter it 3 times every time I start itunes (Win7) I end up entering it 20 + times a day, really annoying.
For me, I went to my account settings and De-Authorized all computer and then restarted iTunes and Authorized it again and after that I haven't had this problem.
I agree. Almost everytime I use iTunes it asks for my password and the worst part is I usually have to enter it multiple times for the same session. Please fix this apple!
I have the same issue. everytime i close the app on my pc (win10) it always alwaus requests my password! really annoying!!!!!! ive also done so many of the suggested ideas but nothing has worked..
I'm a windows user. I've never had Safari at all on my computer...
