Love to try it, but what is SSH?

I am having no problems at all but that might be because I did a fresh, clean install about a week ago.

I updated an old Mac Pro (1,1) using Software Update and had no issues.

Try holding option after restart.

It is a shame that Apple is not providing any answers as yet!

I have no extra HD, nor a USB lion disk, and with Disk Utilities I didn't manage yet to open the combo update.

Please help

Where do I find Terminal when I am in Disk Utilities from my Start Up Disk?

does not work for me, line in terminal is not correct, Do i need to type it exactly as indicated with spaces in between? All doesnt work

I had to use a USB stick because I swapped my drive for an SSD, so the recovery partition is gone!

Most of you should be able to use that partition though.

If you are able to Open ANY finder window - yes you can!

If not, It's the simpliest solution.

Combo updater still gives me the bug.

Apparently apple doesn't check their updates on 2009 Mac mini's. Not good.

Does anyone know if a standalone update will work? Thanks.

Didn't work for me.

Same issue with the stand alone update.
