Once my book is uploaded, how long before it appears in iTunes?

I would check any rules Instagram may have published on use of their trademark.

I wrote a Roman history textbook, which is now live on the iBookstore. However, I want it to be displayed under the "social science" section of th iBookstore. Should I change the genre to "social science" (current genre is "Roman History/ Ancient)?

Will it automatically then appear in the section?

Up just sent in an update about an hour ago, and it was already published! Wow, better than Amazon!!!

I guess this is a tangent. However, we've been creating an app. We want to get the app published. My friend wants to have his name under the "seller" section, and I want my name visible above the app title. Is this possible? Thank you.

hmm how to use instagram on iTunes? can you tell me?

I believe Instagram is only a mobile social network (only for iOS and Android). I simply listed my account in my textbook. Hope this helps!

I uploaded my book on June 20. Received a ticket the next day. I fixed the problems and re-submitted the book on June 23. Checked itunes connect last night, June 26, and it was on the store so 6 days to publish. All in all, I've had a great experience with iba. No complaints. I did find some errors and made the corrections this morning so once again, I re-submitted. As soon as the final final is live, I'll post the name and link to the book. I do hope all of you who are still waiting for your books to appear on the store don't have to wait much longer!

I uploaded my book on June 25. And I recieved a ticket next day also. I fixed one of the two problems an uploaded my book again. On June 27 I got a ticket for the seconde time. I solved the problem today (June 28) and I hope that I will get approved soon.

Uploaded new book at 5pm yesterday, this morning at 8am it was live on 32 stores.

by the way, it has two outbound links in the book - one to my website and one to another paid book on the itunes store. These were both approved

I have a Dashcode widget in my book and would like to also feature it on my website. How can I convert it to .zip file? Does anyone know an easy software? Thanks.

Right-click on the file and select "Compress…"
