iCloud Mail Down (12:30PM eastern, Apr 17, 2012)?

I was in the middle of responding to an email on iCloud.com's mail interface, and all of the sudden the "Send" button grayed out. I see I have 1 item in my drafts folder, which must be the last auto-saved draft of the reply I was typing up, but I cannot get to the draft. On iCloud.com, the loading spinner just spins and spins and eventually I get an error saying the folder can't be loaded. Same thing happens when I try to go back to the Inbox. I tried to load up the draft on my iPhone 4S, but it also just keeps spinning and never loading the draft. The fact that the problem is occuring on two devices (on separate network connections, one PC on my office's wifi and the other my 4S on AT&T's 3G network) seems to imply that the problem is server-side. Is anybody else seeing these problems?

I'm located in Tallahassee, FL. Not sure if that matters, but I suppose it could be a regional outage.

It's 12:19am on April 18th in New York and Mail is still not working. Nearly 13 hours now. That long is inexscusable. At around 8pm, messages from earlier today slowly loaded onto my iPhone 4S, but not on my laptop. Mail on my MacBook Pro keeps telling me I'm offline due to a network problem but won't go back online. Can't access mail on iCloud via web either.

This is unreal we have 5 .me accounts in the family and 3 of the 5 work the other 2 haven't received emails since 4/17 at 340pm pacific time. No problem though I am only expecting emails with job interview times and directions for tomorrow *** Apple. At least have the status page correct so we don't spend 5 hours resetiing passwords, deleting accounts and sending test emails from multiple accounts.

It looks like the MobileMe debacle hasn't resolved itself. If I loose a job because of this crap I will be bagging iCloud altogether.

I have been unable to connect to the icloud "network" to retrieve email since yesterday. I was getting some access yesterday, but that completely ceased last evening. It appears to be system-wide for all devices.

I have used Apple's icloud/moblie me since its inception and have regularly had "issues" with it. I have used Apple computers/products since 1984, and this area of their business is SO NOT LIKE the reliable Apple I came to love.

Why can't they get this part of their business right? I'm about to jump ship on this "product line."

I'm still unable to get new mail and I'm missing a bunch of messages from yesterday evening and overninght. I saw the "Your iCloud Email is Full" error twice this morning even though I am nowhere near to being out of space. When I treid to empty the mail account's trash, I got this error message:

The server returned the error: The IMAP command “EXPUNGE” failed for the mailbox “Deleted Messages” with server error: System I/O error. Administrator, check server log for details..

I was able to get through to support and they said "give it another 3-4 hours".

Still down here in Boulder, Colorado. Nothing is working, mail, calendar, anything connected to iCloud on any device. I get no errors or messages, just nothing. I've been a mac mail user since it started. I paid for many years for it and it has been down a few times but never this long without any explanation. I don't even know who to call to ask for my money back, not that I will, but I do wish to complain to SOMEONE. 1 day is too long, 2 days is inexcusable and unacceptable.
