Forced Apple ID Security Questions - Choice of 3

Me too! This is freaking frustrating.

I have been having this problem now for days... Emailed apple and have not gotten sufficient support....

Hi all! I have found the answer in another forum and this has 100% worked for me!!!

1) Quit App Store in multi-tasking.

•From the Home screen, click the Home button twice.

•Tap and hold on the app.

•When it starts to jiggle, tap the red ⛔ in the top corner to close it;

***Please close all open apps on your phone***

2) Tap Settings.

3) Tap Safari.

4) Tap Clear History.

5) Tap the Clear History button.

6) Tap Clear Cookies and Data.

7) Tap the Clear Cookies and Data button

I was having the same problem and I fixed it by finally remembering the right answers.

I have the same problem only in my case the page goes blank when I click to see the offered questions. I have an iPad 3 running on iOS 6.

It's really frustrating because it won't let me "see" the questions nor download anything! >:(

I found something that worked for me! First of all I closed all open applications thru the multitasking bar. Secondly, I changed the year manually to 2038 (just mess with the year) and then closed settings. Opened App Store, got an error message then closed it again. Went and changed the date back to normal (just activate the automatic setting on the date and time) and went to the App Store again. Got the security questions and tried to update my security. I did that and successfully downloaded a new app!

my problem is that i never got to choose my security questions! and now it asking me for the naswers! which i dont have! am 100% sure that i didnt choose these questions! what to do!!

Apple, stop protecting me from myself. I can't provide answers to any of these stupid, invasive questions. Get rid of this ridiculous feature NOW!

Trouble is, no-one takes any notice. Apple are 'away'. We're just talking amongst ourselves here.

When it asks me to update security it doesn't accept my password... crap... crap service Apple

Same here none of the above advice worked it keeps asking for the password which I enter correctly in an infinite loop...

Tried clearing the settings, tried going into my apple id from another computer, nothing works..

Pull your effing finger out apple...

Hi everyone I'm havin similar problem brand new ipod touch 4th gen set up apple id and wen try to access apple id account threw ipod it pops up enter apple id and password so i do an it comes up agen in a loop doesn't let me access its same with icloud and same wen i want to download anything comes up with improve apple id so press continue an enter id an password and starts in a loop dnt even get to any security questions hope its sorted soon bin having problems since 10th. nov also keeps declining my bank card
