Forced Apple ID Security Questions - Choice of 3

When trying to download apps onto my ipod touch, 4th Gen it displays an "Improve Apple ID Security" message and asks me to choose 3 security questions. It only allows me to choose 2 of the questions, and fails to respond when I click the 3rd question. As a result I am unable to download anything from the App Store! 😠 Any assistance gratefully appreciated.

iPod touch, iOS 5.1.1

Hi all! I have found the answer in another forum and this has 100% worked for me!!!


1) Quit App Store in multi-tasking.


•From the Home screen, click the Home button twice.

•Tap and hold on the app.

•When it starts to jiggle, tap the red ⛔ in the top corner to close it;


***Please close all open apps on your phone***


2) Tap Settings.

3) Tap Safari.

4) Tap Clear History.

5) Tap the Clear History button.

6) Tap Clear Cookies and Data.

7) Tap the Clear Cookies and Data button

I found something that worked for me! First of all I closed all open applications thru the multitasking bar. Secondly, I changed the year manually to 2038 (just mess with the year) and then closed settings. Opened App Store, got an error message then closed it again. Went and changed the date back to normal (just activate the automatic setting on the date and time) and went to the App Store again. Got the security questions and tried to update my security. I did that and successfully downloaded a new app!

Hi everyone I'm havin similar problem brand new ipod touch 4th gen set up apple id and wen try to access apple id account threw ipod it pops up enter apple id and password so i do an it comes up agen in a loop doesn't let me access its same with icloud and same wen i want to download anything comes up with improve apple id so press continue an enter id an password and starts in a loop dnt even get to any security questions hope its sorted soon bin having problems since 10th. nov also keeps declining my bank card
