iTunes match error 4010

We are having problems with iTunes Match, it keeps errors with code 4010. We are using the iCloud for ministry and it has caused some problems obtaining our songs. Is there a simple fix or is this an internal iTunes problem that Apple will have to fix?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

Same here since 07-07 2011.

Tried the shift key disable trick - doesnt work

Disable PC - doesnt work

Reinstall ITunes - doesnt work

Create new libary - doesnt work

Help from Apple support - doesnt work ( the send me the url https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3349657?start=15&tstart=0 ) after 30 minutes on the phone for 3 €

Its in Dutch saying unknown error. Your request could not be fulfilled.

Ditto in STL, driving me nuts as I have been ripping tons of cd's the past two days and keep getting the 4010 error when iTunes Match is in the "gathering information about your iTunes library" phase. Just got off phone with apple support, they said they are doing a "server update that could be causing the problem" and suggested I give them a couple hours to correct. I am going to turn off Match for now and hope they get their act together...

Yep, same error code here (4010). Driving me crazy because I love this service and really would like it to work consistently. But I've had a lot of issues with it. I really think apple should give first-time match users their money back for the first year. The concept of this service is great but so many kinks and bugs need to be worked out!
