Hi everyone.
I tried recording a video three times today on Photobooth, and every time, the audio and video are out of sync. Does anyone have any solutions as to how I can fix this? Its ever since I downloaded Mountain Lion.

How do you know if you have mountain lion though. I just got my MacBook Pro like a month ago, would it have mountain lion? I am a little new to the macbook world even though I have an ipod and kind of an ipad. Help please! Thanks is you can
Yes you definitely have Mountain Lion. Go to the little Apple at the top left of your screen and click on "About This Mac." Version 10.8 or later is Mountain Lion.
It still does that glitch though 😟
That was my point. It seems to have been started with Lion. I don't remember this issue with Snow Leopard though i may be wrong.

Why be sorry! It was easy to misread my first comment. The glitch is annoying and hopefully, Apple will fix this if enough of us complain. Enjoy your new MBP!
Add me to the list of many!!! I'm having exactly the same problem... Have checked audio - midi set up and audio / video settings matched (16 bit integer)... First video syncs with subsequent videos getting increasingly out of sync... Definitely appears to be Mountain Lion issue. Never had this problem previously and I used Photobooth to record vidoes at least twice per week. Seems I need to quit photobooth after each video in order for it to sync. Please fix Apple!

Yea it worked once for me and that was only when I didn't have any other windows open except for iTunes...
It's not going top get fixed unless EVERYONE calls Apple to complain. I have. Apple is good at denying things exist and then all of a sudden have an update fix.
I just dont think they care.
This is disgusting.
I have a brand new Mac, and it does this. After the old Mac (2008!) developed a problem that couldnt be fixed. Now Garageband isnt working properly here, either.
On top of that, my Iphone is also failing.

I had the exact same problem as you guys. Then I tried relaunching photo booth, but this time making sure that all other programs that use webcam are not open (namely skype). And it works now. Not only for the first recording, but the second and third. It seems like it will stay working so far.

How do you "relaunch" photp booth? I'm game to try this fix as none of the others have worked!
I just mean quitting it (command Q) and reopenning it. Try it with no other programs open except for photo booth.
