HL-2270DW printer: Wireless setup problem

I recently bought a Brother HL-2270DW laser printer. After downloading the drivers I am able to print just fine via USB. The trouble is, I would much rather connect to this printer wirelessly. The manual says to utilize the CD that came with the printer to enter the appropriate settings... unfortunately, the CD says the operating system is too new and to refer to Brother's website. After doing this and downloading their BRAdmin Light (a little app designed to adjust basic printer setting), I found that BRAdmin Light will not recognize any devices, even though I am connected via USB and can even print.

So the basic issue is, how can I set up this printer for wireless operation given what I have mentioned above?
