My iPhone 4s won't shut off, it just restarts itself after a second

When I try to shut my phone off I slide the "slide to power off" thing it's circle pops up like its shutting off and then after a second the apple icon pops up and the phone turns back on. Help meeee!

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1

This also solved a power drain problem, about 4 minutes / 1% battery drain that did not respond to anything else, including complete wipe and reboot. It was about 12 min / % with wireless off, 4min / % normally.
