iCloud mail is down AGAIN

I am NOT a happy camper, Apple - can't get email once again because iCloud Mail is down. Again.

Fix it. Get it right. When I read that it affects only a "small number" of users that means nothing. I'm ALWAYS ONE OF THOSE AFFECTED.

Sorry for the shouting - I haven't had my coffee yet.

Grrrr.

This is beyond ridiculous to have email down this long. 1%? Come on! Look at all of these posts. I'm in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX. I don't believe this is only affecting 1% of Apple iCloud users. Barring a natural disaster and excluding the cable/satellite/TV industry, I don't know of any business that takes their customers down for multiple days. At this point, they're creating a huge PR storm by not giving us some kind of update. Horrible timing for a brilliant company to create such disatisfaction with their customer before announcing the new iPhone 5 today. Shame on you, APPLE.

Good suggestion, prestoli - and when you see that a news organization, commentator, news/technology show has a Twitter handle or Facebook page, share the story that way. I just did. MSNBC was talking about the iPhone release...I sent a message about the ongoing iCloud outage to the Twitter account of that particular show. Who knows, it may all add up to awareness and action.

In the meantime, however, none of us has email.

I'm going to be spending a lot of time changing all my contacts over to my POP email address for good.

Yes, it is now down for DAY 2 in Texas and it is very frustrating. You would think that Apple could at least let us know if the emails sent to us during this time period will be available when it comes back online. I've heard nothing but that very uninformative status that say the same thing but keeps pushing the time back for the next report.

Sorry to dissapoint you, free!!!!

I've invested 10's of thousands of dollars in Apple hardware in my business trusting that the software infrastructure would be dependable, and it has been untill recently.

I digress and repeat, they're reaching a point where they are maxed out and cash flush. Just pay to fix the problems Apple....

Around 32 hours without having access !! Wife & I accounts are out of the business.

Funny part is that I pushed her 2 months ago to use a .me mail instead of gmail one.

Unacceptable from a firm as Apple. Unacceptable as you're running your businness using iCloud mail.

I'm a fellow user since almost day one of mobile me, never had such a mess using the system.

Paying every year my fee to get a reliable service.

Now that's the first time I see Apple without replying or fixing the problem.

Something changed there since Job passed away.

The same day they're revealing the iPhone 5 and else at the keynote, they're letting us asside saying that we are the 1,1% of bad luckers... Seems pretty much than that to me reading all around the forums.

Fix it more than ASAP, apology & be preapred to offer months of free subscription.
